Hey everyone! Hope all is well and that you are having a good Monday! For today’s song of the day, how about we go with a classic from high school days? Definitely a different style than what I normally listen to, but I like it. This song will always remind me of sophomore and junior year of high school, cruising with my brother and my friends late at night. Good times! Your Song of the Day for Monday, May 12th, 2014 is Escape from Hellview by CKY
The weekend is over, and now it is time to start a new work week. My weekend definitely was not anything exceptional, but the thought of another work week sure has me missing it. When do I get to party? Annnnyways, today I would like to present to you a Song of the Day that is catchy, fun, and basically sums up every girl I have ever known in my life (calm down, just joking). Enjoy it, and dance some, your Song of the Day is Says She Loves Me by Aer.
It has been a long time since I’ve logged in and updated this blog, and for that I am sorry. Today is a new start though! Let’s kick it off with a bang, shall we? I have been completely addicted to this song lately, and for good reason, it is incredible! Feel free to dance along!
A little late, but it’s before midnight, so it still counts right!? So after a busy Monday for the world today, I thought I would leave a pick me up song for us all to enjoy before our Tuesday gets underway. Your song of the day for Monday is one of the most incredible songs ever in my opinion, and it’s tough not to dance to it.
Happy weekend to everybody out there! It’s been a hard earned one for sure. For today’s song of the day (or tonight’s I suppose) I have chosen one that has a good video too. Let me know if you like it and if you can move like that dude in the comments section! Your song of the day is The Drums – Best Friend.
Welcome world! Today is Friday, so that means another awesome cover song as your Find Cover Song of the Day from my blog! This one is a true classic, one of the most beautiful songs ever written (Not even debatable!). Don’t Worry Baby, originally by the legendary Beach Boys.
This version is performed by Rivers Cuomo from Weezer, and some very talented backup singers who I unfortunately do not know the name of. It’s a great version though, it shows Rivers’ ability as a singer, but it also shows the intricacies and talent of the original version, because as awesome as Rivers is, it’s nothing like the original one in terms of sound.
Rivers is a God though, and if you don’t agree, I question your mindset. Without further ado, here’s Don’t Worry Baby by Rivers Cuomo.
Happy Wednesday everyone! For today’s song of the day we have more of a mini concert. English singer and songwriter Richard Ashcroft is one of the most incredible musicians to ever live in my opinion. The guy can’t do a bad song. My favorite of his is the first one in the video, She Brings Me the Music. So powerful and so good! Enjoy your song of the day!
